Salt Marsh was amazing every step of the way! From a small Old Village ranch to the house of our dreams!! Salt Marsh kept the “bones” of our house but went all the way back to the studs for a complete renovation and transformation. Blake and Pate made us feel comfortable with the entire process and were extremely patient in laying out each phase of the process (we were new to this so really appreciated the hand holding). Most importantly, they were able to stay on budget and always showed up on time to keep the project moving—no curveballs or excuses, just great quality and craftsmanship down to the smallest details (4 years in with zero issues).

Blake and team led a major renovation and addition on our house, and we could not have asked for a better team. We heard many stories about other contractors in town being flaky and going way over budget, and Blake and team could not have been more different. Their upfront estimate may be higher than others but that prevented any surprises along the way, and we actually were able to do more projects than expected. They ran on time and even got us back into our house in time for Christmas! They are a pleasure to work with and we look forward to working with them again down the road.

Salt Marsh built us an absolutely beautiful outdoor pavilion next to our pool. They also added French doors and a deck off of our master bedroom. Every detail was built with perfection by a crew of courteous and knowledgeable workers. And they thoroughly cleaned up at the end of each day. Our outdoor space is now our favorite “room” of the house!
While the pavilion was under construction I was changing kitchen counters, tile, appliances, and light fixtures. It was a job too big for me to take on and they graciously stepped right in to get it done for me. We will definitely use Salt Marsh again - as soon as we think of another project!
